We draw Miami again in the Big 10/ACC Challenge

Not only do we play Miami again...we play AT Miami AGAIN! This makes no sense. It's like they couldn't possibly give less fvcks about the lower end matchups. Pitt, BC, cuse all make infinitely more sense, but sure, let's play at miami again instead

I mean... Jersey/South Florida makes more sense than you guys are admitting. We spent a decade of football recruiting arguing that... and almost everyone in South Florida has Jersey family and vice versa... lol

Not thrilled about Miami but they're not a powerhouse. Predicted for lower echelon in ACC - 9th place or so. Albeit would have preferred BC or Pitt.

This really does make no sense at all. We should have played at BC or at Pitt. Twice in 3 years at Miami really makes no sense at all.

Maybe Miami is closer in a matchup than RU vs BC or Pitt....Pitt finished last and RU last and that would have been not very interesting to me....don't see the obsession with BC, whose vastly improved and has guards that are better than Miami's....

Rutgers, under the leadership of third-year head coach Steve Pikiell, will play at Miami (Fla.) on Wednesday, Nov. 28, in the 20th annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The meeting with the Hurricanes supplements a challenging 2018-19 regular season schedule that includes 20 Big Ten Conference match-ups, the annual Garden State Hardwood Classic versus Seton Hall, and a contest with St. John's in the Gavitt Tip-Off.

Just seems odd to go to the same place twice in a row. Love to know what the logic was. Needless to say, would have rather had a visit to Georgia Tech.

Was our home game last season with FSU not part of this? I thought we played at Miami 2 seasons ago?

This is a win win situation for the team. Think about it- We are expected to lose, if we win then it looks great for us and if we lose then it is what it is. Being a very young team next year, this game will get us ready for Seton Hall and Big Ten road games

This will be a great test for the team. Miami may be slightly down next year, but they still have a bunch of talent and depth. Larannaga is an excellent coach and should have this team at least on the bubble.

At Miami, Nov. 28: As reported by Jon Rothstein on Thursday, this is Rutgers’ draw in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. It’s bizarre because this is a repeat of the 2016 matchup, won comfortably by the host Hurricanes.

Thought we were getting a home game? or was that the Gavitt game should be home?
