You’d think we lost

With all the refs suck, calling out players, complaining you’d think we lost. You’d think after 3 good seasons in a row fans would now know how to enjoy wins and nice things.

I wasn't in the game thread, so I don't know about calling out players - maybe the Omoruyi thread? Haven't gone in there either.

As far as officiating, it's never acceptable among some to talk about it. If it's after a loss, it's sour grapes and making excuses. If it's after a win, it's not enjoying the win.

I thought the team played great overall, and gutted out a tough win, especially when the wind and whistle turned against them for a long stretch of the second half. Spencer has clearly answered the question of who do we go to for a bucket, and in a game between teams with similar styles we showed that we are better at it.

I think a couple things tempered the elation in a last second win.

1. We led throughout until late.
2. Off offensive nights from many regulars.
3. We're beginning to expect wins, and yes, finally even on the road.

Cliff was a different defensive player in the 2nd half, he moved fine and was explosive defending the rim and rebounding.
