Seems like a lot of incorrect "information" gets posted on the ISU forum. For one, Gomez is going to 125! :flush:

Seems Ryan Anderson will be going to Community College in Iowa then reapplying to Iowa St. I haven't heard anything about ISU making a play for Alvarez, but I guess it makes sense.

Nick Suriano’s street sign in Paramus is getting an update....

I wonder what's going on with Alvarez. It's obvious money is tight here (and most places) at this point and while I assume he left NCST to be closer to home, I wonder if he also considering somewhere else local as well now who can offer him something.

Team camp has arrived. 450 campers over 50 schools represented , 14 team duals, invidual tournament , counselors/refs breaking, a heat wave and brower commons food!! Gotta love camp season baby!!! @jordypagano ready to make move on the #cow
Next year the campers will wrestle in the brand new facility and have lunch in the semi new Livingston Dining Hall. A severe upgrade from the Barn and Brower.

Confirmed? Technique campers too or just HS team campers? Nonetheless, I don't think 3 mats are enough for either so I'd be surprised. Maybe at the RAC? They've had it at the Livingston Rec Center and the RAC in past years. Brett Hall, where the overnight campers stay is an outdated dump that hasn't been updated in 50+ years btw.

With Graff the BOOM CLUB is sure to be a hit.

Now we have Graff for the light weights, Ashnault for the middle weights, and Downey for the upper weights. That's two World Team Members and a National Team Member that our eligible wrestlers can training with.

Imagine recruits envisioning training with these studs.

The BOOM CLUB will enable us to secure World and Olympic Team Members.

Stay tuned for the arrival of the BOOM CLUB!

I think, and don’t quote me, that since Anthony is being paid by the RTC he can’t also be paid as a coach.

A volunteer coach can't be paid by the university. Graff must be being paid by the SKWC. Ashnault and Downey are also paid by the SKWC. None of these guys can be paid by Rutgers.

The SKWC has made big leaps. But, unless they have raised a lot of more money than we know of, they are still way behind the big guns.

With those 3 athletes training/competing/coaching, SKWC has made great strides in 1 year. 2 World team members, 1 Pan Am Champion/NCAA Champion..... Plus Reese Humphries as NJRTC coach.

Having One returning NCAA Champ make a DEEP run into the NCAA. Flo is putting the team around #15 for the team standings. I am excited to see if any of the incoming freshman start and how they do.

I hope we see big gains from
Lipari (trained with Graff)
MVB (Let the freshman Redshirt)
Glasgow (Please be healthy)
Grello (Let Turley Redshirt)

We have depth at 149 especially with the BC Transfer Angelo coming in (Not sure we redshirt Britton, Aragona & Vulkah but it would be nice to have the option)

Not sure how close the 197 pound wrestlers (Pagano/Correnti/Lightner)
Same for 184 (Janzer/Scott)

Aguilar/Donner and Lightner put a lot of time wrestling Freestyle this year (Saw Janzer in 1 tourney)

I thought Teasdale was a lower weight (125 or 133)
I don't think he cracks the Iowa lineup there unless Desanto or Lee take a Redshirt (Or does Desanto go 141?)

He was removed from the PSU team in December or January, and I don't even believe he was enrolled at PSU in the spring, therefore not transferring from PSU. While that might seem like nitpicking, it very well could have implications for transfer rules, redshirts and years of eligibility.
He enrolled at PSU and was registered to wrestle attached at the Southern Scuffle on 1/1/19 but never weighed in, so that seems like a transfer to me.

Sunday night kind of a strange time for a match. Might be Basketball game at Jadwin earlier in the day. RU's long winning streak against PU (about 30 years) might be jeopardy.

If Princeton can't beat RU in that dual, they may never beat RU in a dual again.

I agree, although Kolodzik could take an Olympic RS year I guess, Not sure about Glory and Brucki (197). I'm not sure how much Free Style those 3 do.

I believe Pat Glory might also be taking the year off .I might have heard it on flo but not totally confirmed.

Wow, if Glory and Kolo are both taking a year that is certainly odd... I guess they didn't feel very good about the upcoming season for whatever reason (injuries?)... I would have thought it would have been a solid year for them.
