Did Dhayne Van Ness wrestle yet?

Yes he won 5-1. Robbie Howard was fortunate to win his match. controversial non take down call for the Blair kid. later the BC coach, Bell, was complaining about something else.
Blair wins 45-20.

Controversial call:

Wow. Officials keep getting worse and worse. No control, no TD. Garbage call. Awful officiating is killing sports at all levels.

On BTN+ and FloWrestling today:

Penn St vs Indiana, 1pm
Michigan St vs Maryland 2pm
Iowa vs NW, 3 pm (Spencer Lee vs Sebastian Rivera !)
Nebraska vs Illinois, 3pm

How have the redshirt guys been doing in open tournaments. I saw on Instagram Robinson rolling with Humphreys. Gotta be a huge advantage for the lower weights to be able to hit up the njtrc and bang with him.

Humphrey’s is a tremendous asset to both Princeton and RU. He is a phenomenal training partner for Suriano, Robinson, Lipari and Ashnault. He is always available for anything we ask and was a great hire.
We need to double down in the offseason and hire an ace upperweight wrestler to work with the bigger guys.

I kind of want nasty, tough dudes on the team. If the program has goals and a strong value system, you can keep guys in check

I am hearing UPenn or Princeton for Ferrari.

Well, in the video he says Ok St and Rutgers when asked where he wants to visit, and then says "those are the two big ones." Then mentions PSU and OSU. Other interesting tidbits: from TX, but "except for a few grandparents" the whole family is now in NJ "they're all moving up here" and of course he then goes on about how much he loves to watch John L. Smith videos.

Terrific podcast (free) from Flowrestling talking about the tremendous scene at The RAC this past Sunday, talking in depth about the Ashnault-Kolodznik match, how the RAC has become one of the best Wrestling venues in the Nation, how the NJ fans are rabid, huge fans, and how Ashnault is wrestling at such a high level now. First 20-30 minutes all RU, after that they talk about PSU-Michigan, and other topics. :

We only have an initial coaches ranking and win% to base this on but wanted to see what the numbers look like. RPI is the 3rd metric and hasn’t been released yet but as long as a wrestler meets 2 out of 3 they can lock up an AQ spot. And I know it can be a sliding scale but I’m going to use 70% win percentage or greater and top 30 coaches ranking. Win% and then coaches ranking listed after each name.
