With the mens program imploding with a second straight loss to creampuffs after the SHU game, the women are showing the necessary grit and drive that any team needs to win at this level. They are truly a refreshing oasis right now. Go girls![banana]

I really want both teams to do well. But if one has to suffer to even out the universe and make the other reallllly good, I’m glad it’s this way ;) ... that said, yes 2 terrible losses, but both by 1 basket, so you can say “upsets” .. I still think the men’s team can win it’s fair share of B1G games, you can’t forget how they played against the top either. The problem is they play up but also down to their competition. Need to adopt Tyler Scaife’s strategy and try to win ever game by 30 :)

it doesn't have to be (shouldn't be) one vs. the other. we need both to do well. but yes, if the women want to lead..works for me. big fan of the men's team but they could learn something from the women this year fer sure. women's team has a real legit shot to be special.

The difference between the two Rutgers teams is that Scaife is a go to scorer that can win games like against Purdue with baskets at crunch time.Both teams have problems with foul shooting and making layups.The womens team clearly has a better chance for a NCAA bid which will ensure a 1000 win record for Stringer.

yup. What everyone was hoping Corey would be for the guys. maybe he still can be but he doesn't have her shot. Scaife knows her shot and where to take it.
