HUGE Game!

Last time we met, we beat them 1-0 at Michigan.

So this is a rematch at home.

Win tonight and we are in the Big Ten Championship game!

I should had said today not tonight.

Penn State won in NJ 2-0 against Purdue so they are now in the Final. They will play the Winner of Rutgers Vs Michigan which will start in a few minutes.

Figures that if we win today, we'd have to go thru PSU to win a title..

00 at the half Rutgers not playing very good but the wind is very strong and we played into the wind and help serve but we gave the ball away messing around in the back for five times hopefully we can turn it on the second half

Still a lot of time left, but damn RU just seems cursed ... wrestling beats the curse time for WSoccer to come back as well!

They look terrible. This is probably the worst they have played all year. Just sloppy and giving up possession constantly.

Michigan is so much better with the ball. Its not even close. I had hope the wind was a factor in the first half, but it was obviously more than that. It seems like we have been chasing them around the entire game. The issues that have plagued this team all year are really on full display here.

Its coaching. I am convinced. O'Neill seems like such a great guy, and he obviously recruits very well, so it sucks to say it, but this method doesn't work. We are completely dependent on counterstrike goals. This year, we found a way to get a lot of them, but that makes you more lucky than good. When it gets to tourney time, the rubber meets the road and you don't get those defensive breakdowns and we lose.

Other teams possess the ball and create chances on offense. Michigan has been penetrating our defense with ease all day, simply by making quick, crisp passes. Its infuriating watching us turn the ball over time and again coming across midfield. We get Amirah Ali trying to take on four defenders with her teammates wide open on either side of her.

Agree wholeheartedly. Coach needs to go out there and fine an ace “OC” for his staff. NO QUESTION.

Arguably the biggest disappointment of the RU fall season. To host the Big Ten tournament completely at home, potentially all 3 games, and not even score a single goal ourselves all tournament. That is a disgrace you host once every 20 years act like you care
