RU is tied for the lowest completion % with Pur but is tied for Third in the most yards produced by the QB (although we may have to throw out WKU because that game was 42-10 at the half) and first in most rushing yards by a QB. RU is second to the last in Ints thrown.

OSU held 5 teams to under 50% completion.

When looking at QB play in a game who they are playing and how good they are is a big consideration

I’ll let everybody come to their own conclusions based on the data, but IMO GW did about as well as other QBs playing against OSU when you take the overall performance in account

Everybody wanted a running QB and Wimsatt has 7 rushing TDs this year- Caleb Williams has 9.
But Wmtt hardly ran today and announcers thought he should (they also remarked how RU's RZ offense looked like something from the 70s).

I'm not impressed with WRs either.
Dremel is in year 5 and has 363 career yds and 3 TDs
But RU is throwing to him like he's Wes Welker
Small legs guys dont do long go routes well (Rice never blazed after 30 yds)_

Whatever the numbers, the bigger issue is how he does going ahead. Ohio State is a top team but our whole team might've been playing over their heads. What's needed is for them to play at that level against other teams and not fizzle.

I ‘m not sure I would agree… I remember Dremel over the middle against a pretty good Michigan team going the distance of what 70 yards? So … how is that possible?

Also factor in that we were probably the only one of those teams slashing OSU with the running game...setting up favorable conditions for the passing game.

Sure. But if the QB plays better we win the game. It would have been great to win the game.
