When you say crowd funding sites I think there is a need to be more specific. There apparently is a "crowd funding" program in place at the Foundation which has been outlined elsewhere. This is in essence the official one the Foundation has an agreement with and is very specific as it outline terms, conditions and rules to setting up a Foundation approved project or fund. All others do not seem to have this approval by the Foundation regardless of what may be implied or interpreted incorrectly. Notice the key words here IMPLIED and INTERPRETED INCORRECTLY and is not an official endorsement or contractual agreement as outlined in the terms and conditions in the crowd funding program approved by the Foundation which has been presented to all for review.
