The planned buildings are much closer to Cooper Hospital than to Rutgers-Camden. It appears that the grand strategy is to build a corridor from Broadway west along Martin Luther King Blvd to Fifth Street, then perhaps north along Fifth Street back to the Rutgers campus on the north side of Cooper. (The campus runs north along Fifth Street from Cooper to the Ben Franklin Bridge, then west to Third Street, and then south back to Cooper.)
