Explaining contract decisions

This could be one of the stupidest things you’ve said on this board and there’s a lot to compare. He wasn’t an hourly employee working on an assembly line. Imagine any CEO saying that’s not my job.
He took his cue from the President, who said we are not going to move quickly on NIL. Hobbs performance and responsibilities were governed by a contract. I’m happy that you might be willing to do additional work beyond what you’re contracted to do, but not everyone else shares your sentiment. I don’t think a former law school dean would share that sentiment, in particular.

One day you will learn that there are no freebies in this world. NIL is a significant workstream onto itself, which would have required significant additional effort. And it wasn’t like we had a line of donors waiting support NIL. So in the end, not much was done.

So based on that does he owe RU money for all the free sex he had at work? I’m sure it wasn’t in his contract. What’s the value of banging a gymnast?
Correct. Sex was outside the scope of his contract. So Rutgers won’t be compensating him for the services provided.

Luscious and Hulking Al of Ignorance - Hobbs’ job was to enable his teams to win. He was an utter failure, even before the scandal.

Did it specifically spell out in the Titanic captain’s contract to avoid icebergs ?

Your shitstained, incessant whining about Fieldhouse. Not in his contract ?

Yet compared to him, you are a clown a hundred times more pathetic. Proved every time you have something to say.

My uncle was AD at Georgetown. It wasn’t in his contract to create the Big East either but he did it. I guess that’s why he is in the AD HOF and Hobbs isn’t

Some people stick to the letter of their contract. Others are willing to do extra, which your uncle was willing to do.
