NJ HS FB Playoffs start tonight !

Brackets :

Most intriguing game may be NNJ Parochial power St Josephs Montvale , but now #8 seed taking on #1 new S NJ Parochial power St Augustines.

I'd like to see Auggies make this a game. I remember a few years ago they were number 1 seed in this bracket and got taken to the woodshed at home vs Seton Hall Prep.

Auggie has some good skill talent but Joe's is better along the lines, think it will make the difference.

Union at Piscataway will be a war, but the Farmers are my sleeper in that bracket.

I know this isn't the bracket that draws a ton of attention, but I don't like that Middletown North & South could meet in the second round on 11/20, and then play their Thanksgiving Day game 6 days later.

Nebraska's great (but crazy) Brothers , Christian and Jason Peters , from some a great MTS teams! Coming from Warren County I hope we see. MTS v Phillipsburg Sectional final, 2 great football towns.

Keep your eye on MTS Left Tackle Thomas Lopez ( could wind up at RU).

I am very interested in this game as well. SJR's only in-state loss was to BC in OT. Their defense is really good. The offense not so much. I believe I read no #8 has ever beaten a #1 in Non-Public 4. This should be a good test to see how good St. Auggie's is.
