Thank you...did he win? Thank you to all you fellows for the updates...much appreciated. Go RU!He hard returned his opponent to the mat for a takedown. The wrestler lost his breath and took injury time. Boone chose down after time and escaped....

Yeah, tough to watch for sure... injuries really took a toll on his promising career. Really unfortunate situation. It's just sad watching Turley now and knowing what he once was. 15-2
Our guys have yet to face much competition and we didn't upset any higher rank guys. That could change tonight as # 5 Boone gets #4 Hillger and 9th seeded Oliveri gets # 1 Matthews. Peterson, Heilman, Alvarez, and Soldano should easily win their quarterfinal matches. Clark gets the # 1 seed. After the first round we are in 6th place. Looking forward to tonight and tomorrow. Tomorrow will It tell a lot about where the team is

Lehigh wrestler stalled the whole 3rd period....:(Heilman loses 2-1
Crookham stalled his ass off in 3rd and should've been banged for stalling 3 or 4 times there. No shots. Ref blew it ny eating the whistle. And then Crookham flexed after the win. What a 🤡Heilman loses 2-1
Crookman was good in high school. This is his first tournament in college. He is a freshman. Yes he stalled. But, no excuse for Heilmann to lose to a rookie. Will not help for Big Ten or NCAA seedings.Crookham stalled his ass off in 3rd and should've been banged for stalling 3 or 4 times there. No shots. Ref blew it ny eating the whistle. 100% and that’s the reason why stalls points exist but the refs give people way too much leeway in situations where someone isn’t trying to score or even actually engage. Cheapens the sport.Matthews also did nothing but ride parallel legs against Joey O in the 3rd but was rewarded with no stall calls. This is the type of wrestling that drives fans away. Call the obvious stall.
Ref in the Alvarez match also clueless giving the IL kid a 1 point escape at the end when Sammy was half out of bounds and then chucked him further out. This one’s chippy.I think Sammy’s pissed.
Of course all of this is true but it doesn't negate that Crookham stalled his ass off in 3rd and refs failed.Crookman was good in high school. This is his first tournament in college. Good is a quite an understatement. If not for an injury and his transfer he would have been a 4x PA state champ, which puts him in elite company. He only lost 3 matches in HS and went 3 for 3 in state titles. He also won Super 32 as an 8th grader among all the other titles he won.. If healthy, he is a super elite prospect.Crookman was good in high school. This is his first tournament in college. He is a freshman. Yes he stalled. But, no excuse for Heilmann to lose to a rookie.
