Lot of that going around lately. Similar can be said about Alvarez, Poz was looking burnt out last year, Janzer hasn’t been the same since his early days at RU mostly because of injuries.

I'm not sure why people discount the extent of some injuries. Turley and Janzer have had how many injuries and surgeries now? It sucks but no reason to keep questioning and harping on it. Let's just be happy Turley was an AA at least once and hope that he may be able to make another run.

I think bc he had a great redshirt year and he beat MVB in wrestleoff so everyone had high expectations and ranking services have him in 20’s.

Maybe you're right, he was overhyped and I started believing that. He looked OK until now, earned a 20's ranking and was hyped as beating Van Brill. Today he didn't live up to any of those accolades. I doubt it'll get any easier from here on out as he won't be seeing kids of this caliber that he lost to anymore.
