I've been on the sidelines with that crew during games. They get to even the most veteran guys. It makes for a huge advantage. Harvard was not prepared for what we were bringing in any way today.
What a sports day. Rangers just won game 7 in OT.
All in all a great atmosphere. RU sports are really about to explode. We have all been predicting this for so long. The BIG made it happen.
Rall - Handley will be classic. And Delaware just took the lead with 8 sec.
Georgetown was a paper tiger feasting off of scrub teams in the BE. Congrats to Delaware!!!
Said it all year. Overrated. It was a joke how they were being discussed.
I have been saying all season GT was WAY over rated. I don’t think this effects us at all because GT wasn’t getting past Cornell anyway, nor do I think will Delaware. But I think we match up extremely well with both Penn & Cornell. We have to take care of business obviously but if we play to our ability, sky is the limit.
Great Day for you Rutgers alumni and faithful. The boys really put in a nice performance. Dominant.

We should have our highest finish ever in the NCAA Commissioners Cup. Does the BIG also do something similar?
I have to imagine that having literally the best atmosphere out of all the games is going to help us going after some of these top kids in the portal again.

Watching replay of Cornell v OSU. Why is OSU so bad in 2nd Halves?
The stadium at cornell is a dump. The concrete is in bad shape on close-ups of the stands.

maybe I am alone here, but i thought the cornell set up looked pretty good.
Scholkopf is old and probably in need of a facelift, but it has a lot of character imo

My daughter and her boyfriend have been to a number of lax games this year. They said the atmosphere at Yurcak was definitely better than SHI.
100%. It looked amazing. I am sure the weather had a lot to do with it and the crowd being so big and juiced up had a lot to do with it.
This is why we need to get the lax facility done asap. 5k with seating around the field will be amazing.
Governor Murphy is sitting on 3.....Billion in covid funds. It must be spend in the next 24 months. A NJ jobs bill with funding for infrastructure at RU would be great. 25 mil for lax/soccer 5 mil for baseball/softball and 50mil for the Schiano Center for Gridiron advancement. Throw in 50mil for the new Brower and CA student center and everyone's happy. Who is personal friends with the Gov???
Pat will definitely be hitting up the state. And rightfully so.
Still, $25MM would get us more than half way there for the lax facility. To do it like you'd really want, in NJ, that's going to cost closer to $50MM.
You are forgetting the facelift for the RAC and a golf training center, along with an upgrade at Yurcak.
