I do t care about the game any more, so I'm already thinking about the tailgate. I obviously can't pick up wings at 7am next Saturday, so I have 2 options.
A. Buy wings Friday night and heat them up at the tailgate. We have a cool little portable oven that would work.
B. Create my own with a recipe I've (as of today) never tried.
What are your best suggestions? Go.

My "Damn Good Wing Recipe":

Place wings in a gallon freezer bag, and add generous amounts of seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, celery salt, onion powder, salt. Cayenne, too, if you like it hot. Add a goodly amount of Frank's Hot Sauce, say 1/2 cup. Seal the bag. Knead it, so all is well mixed. Keep im frig for a few hours to marinate.

Heat non-stick baking pan/sheet in oven at 400. Place wings on hot pan and slide it in the oven. Turn wings after 20 minutes. And then turn again after 15 minutes. And maybe another 10 minutes if you like 'em "fall apart crispy" like I do.

Melt 1/3 stick of butter in a sauce pan then add a coupla shots of Franks to the butter.

Put the wings in a bowl and pour the buttery Franks sauce on wings. Toss 'em a bit.

Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing, celery and carrot sticks. And fresh Eyetalian bread. And cold beer.
