Of course not back to March but it is always slower in the summer but the numbers are rising and believe it or not a survey just said the majority of companies in NYC prefer more in office than at home but with flexible schedules

I do a reverse commute on Rte. 4 every day and see the city bound traffic. It has increased since the March 15-April 30 period but is still nowhere near what it normally was.

Everyone really wants to pay $2600 for a 1 bedroom in say, Sussex or Somerset County, or someplace in Monmouth that isn't Asbury or Long Branch on the water. Not NYC. Didn't you see the videos from 3 months ago and the picture of a garbage can? Not to mention the BB Gun attacks?

Not if what is trying to be passed in Ca comes to fruition. There is a bill put forth that anyone or any company can break a lease at any time for any reason with no penalty. Amazing what these people come up with.
