Lawn doing amazing. Seeded 5 weeks ago with 90% grass seed, 10% microclover and lots of compost. No fertilizer or herbicides for 4 years. Only had to cut twice. Took a soil sample and had roots at 8" depth. In a few more weeks, I'll have root depths well over a foot. My goal is to never water again.
