OT: NCAA College Football Games Thread 10/3-10/5 Thurs-Sat

Fell asleep, looks like Cuse/UNLV remained close and was a fun finish.

Oregon beat MSU 31-10

I’m torn on which of these noon games to have on the primary TV. Going with Wisconsin/Purdue to start with….get a look at next week’s opponent.

Purdue with two fumbled punts already, Purdue is fighting for worst in B1G. About the only thing I would take away from this game is if Wisconsin doesn't blow them out.

TAM up 7-0 on Mizzou..Weigman looked good on that drive.

SMU Louisville 7-7
Pitt 3-0 on UNC

Was just saying UNC defense hasn’t been so great for most of Mack’s tenure and they come up with a pick 6 on Pitt…7-3 UNC

Nice catch by SMU receiver to keep his feet in for the TD.

14-7 SMU on Louis
TAM 10-0 on Mizzou

Ooh Mizzou gets a 75yd TD pass called back on OL downfield flag.

Too bad.

SMU up 14-10 on Louis in the 1st

Pitt TD…up 10-7 on UNC…5 plays 91yds in 1:33 after the 19 play 9 min drive by UNC came up with zip lol

Purdue just ran an option play with Hudson Card at the 4 on 3rd and goal. SMH. That coaching staff is lost.

PSU 7-0 on a qb sneak. Seeing the OL in motion from the slot on that drive was funny. 16 plays 82yds

24-0 TAM on Mizzou

UNC ties it at 10 with Pitt

SMU 59yd TD run up 21-10 on Louis

Pitt 30yd TD pass…17-10
PSU 7-3 on UCLA
PSU TD before half 14-3
Navy up 21-7 on AF
SMU up 21-13 on Louis

Pitt tied at 17 with UNC

They had a chance to take a couple of shots downfield right before the half, 13 seconds left down 14-3. Nope. Just let the clock run & jog into the tunnel for some orange slices and a pee break.

Quite a change from that ND game

BC up 14-6 on UVA
WF 17-17 on NCSt

TAM 31-0 on Mizzou

Didn’t think was a good holding call on UCLA that negated an INT in the endzone.

Leads to a FG for PSU…up 17-3

Purdue is the doormat of the B1G.
In reality they would finish in the lower half of the MAC this season!

Refs showing some PSU bias this game…weak holding on the play where UCLA got an INT and they let a very obvious PSU hold go without a flag. Klatt commented on it too

SMU up 24-20 on Louis

Just a little lopsided for TAM lol

PSU 24-3 on UCLA
Pitt TD 24-17 on UNC
SMU 27-20 on Louis
Army 42-7 on Tulsa
Navy 27-7 on AF

Louis TD 27-27 with SMU

Feels like there’s a lot more trolling these days than the past lol.

Oooh SMU RB fighting for those extra yards might have fumbled it a way to Louis on a promising drive…under review.

Still tied at 27

Overturned by review, SMU keeps the ball inside the redzone.

SMU converts the overturned TO to a TD…34-27 SMU

Pitt QB Holstein not milking the clock.
Almost threw and INT too which would have killed their chance to go up 2 scores.

Kade Bell their new OC is like the anti Narduzzi lol. It’s surprising to see them operate at a brisk pace but that’s who they are this year. Offense has improved a bunch from last year.

SMU beat Louisville 34-27
