So Lee made his way back to AAA

Yup just got sent back up a day or two ago. He hit terribly in St Lucie as well so I have no idea what's going on there. Plummer and Mangum are ahead of him. We also just traded cash for another OF who used to be a decent prospect in Colin Johnson as well.

Top 10 prospect Francisco Alvarez 3-3 tonight with 2 HR's and a 2B. It's only the 6th inning.

I’m a bit nervous about upcoming Phillies series. Phillies starting to play well.
I also wonder whether tomorrow nights game is rained out.

Big series vs Philly as they must recover from their time in San Fran and get at least 2/3 from Philly, who were struggling. But it’s still Philly.

I wouldn't say they're playing particularly well at 4-6 in their last 10. Since they won 3 of 4 at LAD they lost a home series to SD, were lucky to not get swept at home against that same LAD team and then treaded water vs Atlanta. Same old mediocrity.

And to add a little icing- Met's are the only team in the east with a winning record over the last 10...

Phillies sight says LHP falter is pitching instead of Efflin tonight
Team is at end of 16 straight run
And wanted to get pitchers one extra day
Wheeler has been lights out last few games. Looks like
Falter
Efflin

Walker

Falter? That sounds like a good name for a Mets bullpen pitcher. Certainly hope Falter lives up to his name and falters on the mound.

Need our 3 to be their good selves. All three are capable of shutting you down completely. 2 of 3 of their guys could do the same so this is a pretty good pitching matchup

Jankowski broken hand and had surgery. Out 6-8 weeks. Szapucki also down.

Yoan Lopez and Nogosek up. Lopez still has to serve his suspension which was appealed down to 1 game. He'll serve it tonight. At that point I would imagine he'll be sent down and then we'll call up Nick Plummer.

He is a lefty though so he doesn't have to be Sandy Koufax or Steve Carlton to make us look silly at the plate. Hopefully we're ready to start turning those numbers against lefties around. If not I might try to latch on somewhere myself just to make some cash throwing against our Mets.

60 foot single
30 foot dribbler
Line drive
Easy double play but shift single
7-2

major trouble

Asscobar drops pop out

Jam job FC .... 7-3. Segura tried for his nightly 40 foot infield single

looping hanging curve 7-6. What the f—k
