this football season has been disappointing in watching my Hogs as well as my Scarlet Knights.
On a side note, I smoked 12 racks of baby back ribs today. OMG, the smells overwhelmed my senses today!
Please go kick some Ped State Ass TONIGHT!!!

I now have 9 turkeys in my refidgereator!

2 to bake, one spatchcocked. One to fry at 325 degrees for 3.25 minutes per pound.
6 to smoke and give to friends whom I am thankful for over the past year.

Wishing you and your family a very happy thanksgiving and go Hogs. I still recall very fondly the trip down to Fayetteville to watch Rutgers beat Arkansas. I really liked the town , the game day atmosphere , and the farmer's market in the center of town.
