No, there is no "direct" access the RAC. There's just a outdoor walkway with a cover over the the top of the path that leads to the RAC.

The more I look at this, is there really going to be 3 separate,connected "buildings", i.e. across the front, half the rear (towards hospital road), and the parking garage?
Can one of our construction types provide any insights?

Also , can the previously described 3rd story connector to the RAC be added at a later date?

There is supposed to be a enclosed walkway on the second or third floor connecting with the RAC.
