Thank you "Abro1975" that is EXACTLY what I was looking for....
It looks like basically they set up a bunch of ice tubs in a club atmosphere and they all just going crazy and mess around and then eventually hop into the ice tubs for a bit.
Sounds like a cool little bonding experience and just something fun to do I wonder if they serve them food and stuff to eat while they soak in the ice tub. THAT might be a cool addition if they aren't already doing that....just bring some food over from Busch campus cafeteria.
