Sources: Rutgers reached out to URI officials Saturday to speak with Danny Hurley. GW's Mike Lonergan also a top RU target.

Yes. Lonergan beat Eddie Jordan by 31 this year. Terrible.I didn't think it could get worse, but ....
Really, are you kidding me?I didn't think it could get worse, but ....
GW is in the NIT. 23-10These two would qualify as "would like to get it done this week" as both shouldn't make the NIT even

Yes Sendek, never mind his age, he has coached and won in ACC and PAC 12, power conferences with multiple tourney appearances, Lonergan and Hurley have been at low majors and A10 and have two tourney appearances combined
I don't have Twitter account. Headline of this thread says top targets. That was what I was replying toPLEASE NOTE:
the tweet says "A TOP" RU target...not THE top or ONE OF THE TOP 2 "RU targets."
So, are you going to buy us a new practice facility?Combined? That's like saying the net worth between me and Warren Buffet makes us billionaires.
Sendek has 22 years as a head coach in a power 5 and he is only 53!!!!Yes Sendek, never mind his age, he has coached and won in ACC and PAC 12, power conferences with multiple tourney appearances, Lonergan and Hurley have been at low majors and A10 and have two tourney appearances combined
If it is those two, I would prefer Lonergan.Pete Thamel (@SIPeteThamel)

NopeAm I the only one who has concerns about Lonergan's ability to recruit?
Right now, that's not such a bad thing. Oh and congrats on winning the BE tourney.Lonergan is a no-brainer. That said, I would find it rather amusing if RU's AD and HC were Pirates!
I'd be more concerned with his staff's ability to recruit. I hope that we have $$$$ to afford good assistant coaches.Am I the only one who has concerns about Lonergan's ability to recruit?
