Disagree with this. HC at a P5 means being basically a CEO. You have to talk the talk/sell the vision, especially with donors.

Makes me wonder what kind of support organization he has. Pretty clearly he did not look up any prior year media day press conferences like this:



And if the head coach did not do it.. doesn't he have an executive assistant who should have? Whether it is the head coach not doing proper preparation for this part of his job or his support structure just leaving him out on a limb.. this is clearly a failure and signals the need for a larger overview of what else is not getting proper preparation.
