2017 Recruiting - Top Target - De'Quon Lake

Round Table has confirmed info on a targeted date for a visit on April 7th for Lake....

JUCO markets are better off hidden under wraps.....coaches make plenty of in season visits to watch and scout kids to make their evaluations and projections on where they fit into a rotation etc...it keeps the other bigger fish/schools out of the mix as well.

I'm that mirror that most refuse to look into. I'm the guy who reminds us and constantly what is lacking for RU to take the next step. I do not bash anyone or talk down to anyone. Give or don't give but we are 30 million away from really giving Pike and Ash what they need to go to battle for the best football and basketball players in NJ and out of NJ. A little over 2000 individual donors care to give more than just an opinion on a message board. It's amazing to me that I cause so many to get ruffled over a message to step up so that our coaches can actually have a chance to succeed. Pike more than anyone needs this done yesterday. He is trying to recruit the players that are going to take us from last place to NCAA tournament. He is begging for the help necessary to get this done. Thanks

No you're the guy who has spent hours and hours writing the same post over again about facilities the past year in every single thread....but then you told me you didn't have time to become a BIG Build captain when I specifically asked you to become part of the solution and that I would be the first donator to your team.

You think you're part of the solution but you're actually annoying and just as much part of the problem that's RU faces with a lot of other alums. So quick to bitch and complain and also so quick to sit back and do nothing.

And yes I know you've donated. I'm talking about doing more than that. You clearly have the time.

Checking around I see his team played and beat Souf Mensah's team this season.

Souf played in one of those games and scored 2 pts and 1 assist. I do believe at one point of the season he had a nagging injury.

Lake scored 20 pts and had 15 rebounds.

Sigh... not blaming Pikiell, but it's the same old story, just a different team that we're losing out to.

Seeing 1000's of these a day is ASU's biggest draw.

Just FYI ... the basketball practice facility is fully funded at this time . Funding is no longer a hurdle for this specific project and construction is underway.

Remaining funding is needed to begin the soccer/lacrosse facility.

And yes - we need more alumn and fans to step up

What do expect. ASU has been on this kid the longest.
Fans should expect that a power conference team would win some recruiting battles. Its not by accident that Rutgers has 11 straight years with a losing record.
