I think it more likely than not that our injury-decimated D will struggle today. But, while I far from a Schiano sycophant, one thing he’s always been pretty good at is coaching and developing D. I think Coach H is also probably pretty good at his job.
So it might take a couple games, but I think the D will improve quickly and be more competitive after that. We’ll see.
I don’t much care about horse competitions, but there are other attractions at the hunt. At least worth a drive by. But if we keep scoring, I’ll be watching the game.
With all the inexperience on D, press coverage would be very risky, I think we’re gonna see a lot of bend but don’t break soft D.
Almost everything on Offense I wanted to see. IF they keep it up and don't fall back into their run-it-up-the-middle from tight formations shell.
To complete my list.. real screen passes and swing passes hitting RB in stride. Both will play well off play-action or passing-down looks.
