Replay sufficiently suggested that the chalk moved ever so slightly. Keith saw it, Gary didn't.
Walter agrees with me and Gary.

Man, it was a long 2 hour drive back to Sedona after that.

I guess we shouldn't plan on seeing Davis anytime soon.

Yes he McCan!! Bumgarner is a shell of his former self. 5 straight hits after the announcer says Mets be in for a long day after Bumgarner threw a strike to Lindor. These YouTube announcers are not aware of the jinx.

Peterson giving back 2 already ugh. I fear my pre-season worries that I was mocked for seem to be coming to fruition.

Carrasco please hurry. Either that or we may have to hit the trade market. Can't keep running this slug Peterson out there every 5 days.

Peterson just doesn’t have it
Once every 5/6 games he does well
That won’t work if your goal is to win the division.
When bad he is atrocious , giving up 4 in 1st to Phillies. Full on implosion when faced with adversity

Lugo comes in and promptly gives up the lead that the Mets had just taken. And for sure the same baseball savants who yesterday were saying why didn't that idiot Rojas bring Lugo in for the 10th are today saying why would that idiot Rojas bring Lugo into a close game when he just came off the IL.

Not happy with Villar injury but next man up. Love Lindors swings the last few days

Tatis was pulled from the Pods game last night with what was described as an oblique issue. Dont know if it will send him to the IL but he didn't play today. Try to get a split of the 4 in San Diego. Walker and Jake will pitch in that series. One thing for sure there won't be much chance of being rained out. Lol

Tatis is becoming a rich man's Judge

But you see, what had happened was, they should have pulled him after one inning, so they used him but used him the wrong way and such. Rojas sucks or something. Without him, we’d be, well, he sucks.

June is going to be an interesting month for the Mets. Two series with the 1st place Padres and a series with the 1st place Cubs followed by the remainder of the month against the Nats, Braves and Phils. If the team can turn it on in June we might be able to run away and hide in the division.

Hold our own with the 1st place clubs and then be at least 4-5 over in the 3 conf series and we are in good shape and not impossible to do.
My take on SD...we may miss on Tatis but since they are the only team with better pitching than us, in a weird way that helps us. They are so used to winning games that the other team only scores 3. And we just happen to be the one team that can win consistently when only score 3 runs...lol

Wasn’t towards you. Was trying to be funny since everyone, including myself, wants to blame Rojas for everything bad but will never give his due credit because “he sucks no matter what.”

Thx for clarification. Personally, don't have a problem with Rojas. Preferred Girardi and couldn't wait for Mickey and BVW to go - but so far I'm fine with Rojas.

Interesting tidbit: 15-5 at home, 12-16 on road. Will be 14 more games on road than home after this trip

Fans can criticize or quibble with game decisions, and that is the nature of some fans. Don't know if it is Rojas, but in every post game interview and in what we see on the field is a team that is all in and playing balls to the wall. He has to get some credit for that.

I give you that...I also think we tend to still hold on to our thoughts of a Manager from 10+ years ago.
it seems he may be learning the staff...Familia, Castro, GSell, Diaz have pretty much been used well over the past few weeks. The starters outside of Peterson would make anyone look good but I now want to see if Luchessi has built trust or if he is best at and continued to be used as an opener of sorts.
Will really test Rojas when our team gets healthy too. How does he get starters back in while keeping the guys that have filled in so well, happy and fresh.

I want to type something about Walker but have to wait until after the game tonight. lol

Why is Alonso not starting tonight? Hope he’s not hurt. What is Villar’s injury status?
