He actually lifted the bunt. He wanted to punch it into the ground. But he got under it a bit, though not so much that the first baseman had a chance to catch it on the fly. So he gets a “well done.”

Another great day of baseball. 3 wins, and The Clown Show is a game back of The Varsity, 👌 Who would have thought it a mere month ago, Amigo. I couldn't figure out how a team with basically a lineup of .230 hitters, no ace and a Johnny come lately closer could have the best record in baseball. If not for Judge, they wouldn't even be a Wild Card team. Smoke and mirrors. The Mets survived losing 4 Starting pitchers, 2 of them with what, 5 Cy Young Awards amongst them.

Well as a lifelong Mets fan I have a bias. But only 1 game behind Yankees now and playing well so I would say it’s not that hard to fathom. It’s going to be a fun two months or so of baseball.
No offense - I could care less what the Yankees record finishes at though. I just want to see my team win the division and go from there !

No way can The Clown Show pass The Varsity, can they? This late in the season to even be talking about it must have The Entitled pretty embarrassed. We're the Mutts, we celebrate sweeping The Varsity like it's a World Series win, yada, yada, yada, lmfao. We also play in the division that has won 2 of the last 3 World Series, and the league that's won 3 straight. LFGM!!!!!

I hope they both continue to win. Well, the Yankees have to start doing it again. But I want them both in the WS. It was very exciting when it happened. AND my wife is a Met fan, son is a Yankee fan. Love it when they go at each other. As entertaining as both teams being in the WS. LOL. BRING IT ON! ARE we READY TO RUMMMMMMBLE?
