Keep getting on me for saying McCann sucks
Keep celebrating when he gets 3 hits in 2 games then goes 0-19 again. Block the damn ball.
Two bloops are unlucky but you can’t walk every other hitter.
Nido should be catching every game now…and he’s not even good.

Braves are forced to go with a call up because of striders injury.
2-0 Nats

Huge HUGE HUGE. Loaded no out NO runs !!!!!!

Most of us saw cookie didn’t have it so Buckaroo lets him give up 2 more instead of putting in Williams.

I feel certain Mets go through the motions and it reflects when you see their play. What I don't get is Buck continues to play them over others. Ruf is stealing opportunities from someone else. My daughter has the same BA as Ruf. Nido isn't setting the world on fire, but he's playing better than McCann. There is no way that they should be splitting time.

I understand keeping guys fresh and sharp, but the Mets are in a dog fight for the division and it makes a difference for playoff seeding. That's one less round and wear and tear on the team.

It’s September … about that time of year when we know the drill … so, who do we want to play in the wild card.

Do we celebrate McCann breaking his 0-20 streak <OR>
him most likely breaking a MLB record of having two balls with an Exit-velo of under 35 mph in the same game.

I could actually be okay with McCann if he was a guy with a low batting average who at least hit around 15 timely home runs. Lots of guys in today's game who do that. But he doesn't even provide that.

Braves are defending champs so they are used to the pressure.
But the narrative by some here will be give credit to the Braves for beating the Nats rather than pointing out how we've failed in too many of these games against these same dregs of the league. Atlanta has called on two pitchers they called up from AAA who have given up 2 runs in 2 games now. A guy we might have in our postseason rotation couldnt last 4 innings against the lowest scoring team in the league. Just a week ago we were sitting pretty with a 2.5 game lead. Let's see if we can rally in this one to avoid having squandered it before we even play that team that's been chasing us.
