After tomorrow's game with the Cubs...and a day off on Monday....the Yanks play 3 with Tampa, then 3 at Toronto, 3 at Tampa, and 4 vs. Houston.
I guess we'll soon see how good this team really is.
BTW, funny that of all the five starters the one that I would worry most about is Cole.

While he will likely finish with good to great numbers…in winner take all playoff games, Cole is 1-3 with a 3.91 ERA.

I get .333. so far this season. After striking out in 38% of his 176 PAs and walking 22 times he's put the ball in play 87 times and has 29 hits...In his 8 seasons he's batting .365 when he puts the ball in play (strikes out 37% of his PAs over his 8 seasons)

BTW, great pitching matchup for game two of this series......McClanahan (7-2 with a 1.87 ERA) vs. Cortes (5-2 with a 1.96 ERA).

Wait until either of them start playing good teams…I’m sure the Tanks will only be winning games by single digits and and pretty sure Braves win streak will end…
