Exactly, nothing. She has presided of the disintegration of our AD. She has lied and lost credibility for our university, during a period in which we need something positive. I am ready for a new AD and HC in both sports. We need a regime change. This is an embarrassment
The coaching is bad, but the players haven't been great either... You know it's also possible to criticize the players right?

Like RU MBB was such a great program before and she ruined what Schiano built by hiring Flood.
Seems like some posters don't know who hired who , or just look to place the blame without knowing if it's deserved or not.
We weren't the worst in both. We are not bad, we are the worst college program in the P5 when you factor both of the most visible programs. She has not made progress, but has presided over it getting worse. Ready to turn the page on JH, KF, and EJ.
TP was the real failure, people worship him but only because he personable and likable, he had the used cars salesmen personality.
The dude might have bleed scarlet and a good ambassador , but he set the program back a decade by making a bone headed decision to hire a failed OL coach to save one recruiting classes. No school AD would have ever done that, its so shortsighted.
If he wasn't so adamant about keeping the staff on board under a new coach we would might have gotten someone else on board. No real HC is going agree to not bring his own staff in, best of it all they got picked off anyway by GS.
What point? That she should've fired the MBB coach hired a month before she got here? That's one of the dumbest things I've heard.
Why would I criticize the players? Is it their fault they have a stubborn, inept coach who is supposed to put them in a position to win and week after week games are decided by halftime? Lack of discpline during games and penalties reflect the coaching...besides that drops, sacks, etc happens everywhere. Their demeanor says it all.

Flood shows his "genius" again. -Going for a FG??? -And Federico hasn't exactly been "Mr. Automatic" under the best of circumstances.
