I hope to see some better parity in college football than what I have witnessed in the past 10,20,30,40,50 years. I imagine that I will never see it though.

He is far more likely to ride out on top. At 65 I could see it happening at anytime. I could see him holding out to win two more titles to move ahead of Bear Bryant.

Carroll was no genius either with Jets or Pats...that seems to have worked out just fine. Not sure why people don't recognize that winning in the NFL is largely based on your QB. If you have one and don't win then you can say a guy is a bad coach. If you don't have one, you can be the among the best coaches in the world and you're still not going to win games.

Saban is too old now for the NFL but absent his age probably 25 franchise would hire him immediately

The difference maker could be the Clemson QB. Could be.

The Bama defensive line will probably stop any Clemson rushing game though.
