Tucson is nice during the day (most of the time) this time of year. It is bleeping cold at night lately, although it has stayed above the freezing mark I think (and hope - we have to wrap plants and things when it drops below 32).

I would not describe Monmouth as a happy team by the end of that game. I think they were undersized (not that Arizona is all that big) and definitely under-speed.

In addition to the fact that they played in a west coast Thanksgiving tourney, Monmouth probably connected up with Arizona because one of their assistants used to be an assistant here. Prior coach, but may have put the idea in his head.
