Just tweeted at Evan Roberts

Lol what

You Michael Kay's mom?

So you think Mike F is better than them? For me, they do a great job mixing in thoughtful sports talk and humor while have good rapport with callers. And Peter doesn’t try to be more than he is. Good balance all around

Oh god. Rosenberg is the worst.

I am complete opposite of him politically but I think he plays his role very well on that show. Allows himself to be the punching bag, while throwing in one liners and drops that are pretty funny

I see top 4 as most likely to lose ground to us. Then we need to execute/hope for down years from the others:

PSU
NW
Nebraska
Minnesota
Illinois
Iowa
OSU
Wisconsin?
I we can't get a big body to replace Doorson next year (like
Tariq Ingraham) and only add Mulcahy can we keep moving up the ladder?

Sorry to be the only one I guess but I like Evan Roberts. He’s extremely knowledgeable and the most talented since Ian Eagle.

I will give him one super flaw and it’s his love for the WWF. Rutgers basketball will get more coverage and respect when we start to win consistently. I also think I’m one of the few who can’t stand listening to JJ. I feel like I’m listening to a DJ at wedding or bar mitzvah trying to get everyone to dance.

John Jastremski. He does overnights and fills in during some day spots too. Loves to talk about betting. I swear he probably wagers over where a dog will lift its leg.

Didn’t his grandfather play LF for the Boston Red Sox years ago? Great ball player, 3000 hits I believe.

I’m with you with JJ. His voice and speaking style feels very rehearsed/forced/phony. It’s a whole bunch of things but I don’t buy it and I can’t listen to him. Tacky wedding DJ is a good way to put it

I can only take the others in small doses. I have podcasts to listen to now

I listen to him on hot 97 occasionally. He’s very full of himself. I don’t too much on ESPN. I’ll have to take your word for it

I definitely think we can move up the B1G standings next year, even if we don’t get another 2019 recruit because our 4 freshman will improve as sophomores. As freshmen they are already playing big time (with typical freshman peaks and valleys) during the last month and a half against all B1G teams. Them, plus Paul Mulcahy and Jacob Young, and we have a more talented and experienced team.

NY Daily Noose’s sports media critic Bob Raissman refers to Richard Neer as Sir Sominex.
I like Richard Near. Maybe its a bias from my days of listening to WNEW radio. He has some interesting discussions that are not your typical sports discussions. Also enjoy his excursions into music every so often.

I do enjoy Ed Randall. Had a great first show this year reminiscing about Frank Robinson and Mel Stottlemyer.
Yes- those were good listens. This past Sunday was good too with Thurman Munson's widow and Babe Ruth's grandson talking about Babe's medal of honor and his early life.

JJ is one of few on that station with great knowledge of today's sports

I think him and Evan would be a good show though I get how would turn off lots of folks

I'm a fan of Roberts, too.

The fact he's a huge Nets fan like me doesn't hurt.

I like Evan. Always thought he could be better to replace Mike with a better partner. A loudmouth foil type but not Joe.

I concur on JJ. Cannot stand his voice.

Kay is the worst. Nothing better then turning on a Yankees game and realizing singleton is on the play by play.

I call JJ and talk wagers all the time. I called him after the RU Iowa game in which I had RU moneyline, yes, I know, that one is in the bad beat hall of fame. JJ was talkin up a storm about Rutgers that night. He really knows his shit
Geez, when are you going to learn!!! Your worse than MUSH!!! But now at least we finally have the reason we lost! :-)
