Tomorrow, May 23, is National Pork Roll Day. Unfortunately for our North Jersey friends, there is no corresponding National Taylor Ham Day. I plan to commemorate this grand occasion at either Ray's in Sea Girt or the Allenwood General Store. Or maybe Bings in Avon, Or maybe all three. One cannot get enough pork roll. Go hit up your favorite joint. Enjoy.
