Doc, I have to disagree with you. While I do not doubt Lindor and Conforto care, I prefer the Dykstra, Backman, Pete Rose level of caring. Wanting to win so much you would run over their grandmother or Ray Fosse in an AS game. I watch Lindor at 2B at it looks like he is having a family reunion with every opposing player that reaches base. I cringe every time I see that.

I don’t agree with toss the water cooler to make a difference. It’s not football where attitude and energy play a role. Baseball is a total skill sport, getting real angry isn’t going to help you hit better, in fact in can hurt. You have to be focused but relaxed to play the sport well.

It’s nice to hear Thorne . Obviously , Cohen is better but sometimes it gets a little stale . It’s a long season . I wish sny would do more of this with the crew.

Great to see these hypocrites turn on Stroman because he’s 6-8, despite his 2.79 ERA. Imagine if the Mets sores 1 or 2 more runs in a couple of those loses?

Same people, along with Boomer Esiasson thought it was great when Gerrit Cole cursed out Aaron Boone on the mound and refused to leave the game. Imagine if Stroman did that? HOLY CRAP!!!!!!
