What a great women's hockey game last night in the Olympics. May well be my favorite hockey game ever (don't remember watching Lake Placid game in 1980). The USA women won the Gold-finally beating Canada. I see that two of the "stars" were the Lameroux sisters. By chance does anyone know if the sisters R related to former RU Basketball Center and Beach Boy wannabe Andre Lameroux (Always looking if he was ready for a good wave- believe transferred in from a CA school)?
Also was it Andre, Chuck Weiler or both (or none) who starred/played in these two big victories for RU?
1) Big upset win at the RAC over Tark's UNLV team with JR Rider.
2) Christmas tourney? win at the Garden over Shawn Bradley and BYU.
