OT: NCAA College Football Games Thread 9/28-9/30 Thurs-Sat

TD Texas, I like Leipold but that was a bad decision imo and poor execution after a TO too. 26-14 Texas as they miss the 2pts

UGA TD 17-17 with Auburn
Maryland 37-3 on IU
Michigan 35-0 on Nebraska

3 and out after that and Texas gets the ball back. That decision could be the one that ends the game if they don’t get a big momentum or sudden change type play.

After "BYU-Cincinatti" and now "UCF-Baylor", these new conference games are going to take a while to get used to.

Both are Big-12 conference games now
Houston TT is also a B12 game… a little less rattling though as they’re both in Texas

Big 4th and 9 for coming up for Auburn to stay alive

If they somehow come up with a TD on this drive I’d go for 2

So much for that lol…UGA INT and that’s it

So far no big upsets today, too bad

Come on Duke!

Baylor with a big pass with YAC to get them in FG range with less than 2 min left

Baylor inside the 15 and UCF calling TOs to save time

Baylor with a chippy FG coming up and UCF should get the ball back with about 1:20 left if they make it. Backup snapper first snap on this level.

Baylor makes it and goes up 36-35

No good and Baylor completes the huge 29 point comeback from the middle of the 3rd qtr. Aranda ho hum about it as usual lol. He needed that, was on the verge of 1-4 this year. 2-3 instead and 1-1 in B12 play

Baylor game was intense, fantastic final 5 minutes, game of the ages

Ole Miss up 28-14 on LSU

4TDs on their 5 possessions

Purdue 44-19 on Illinois
Michigan 45-7 on Nebraska
Texas 40-14 on Kansa

Wow another nice throw by Daniels…29yd TD

31-28 Ole Miss. 8TD drives in the game and all at least 70yds

I believe they can’t qualify for bowl yet because of the rules regarding the transition to FBS.

Correct. JMU is in its 2nd transition year. Due to COVID roster expansion and an accommodating conference, though, JMU has had a full FBS roster and a full FBS schedule since last year. So one could argue (and JMU tried to) that the transition isn't necessary, as JMU has all of the necessary elements in place already. However, the NCAA denied the waiver request.

JMU will only be invited to a bowl if there are not enough eligible 6-6 teams. JMU is also ineligible to participate in the Sun Belt championship game.

I think our former Big East/AAC bethren are experiencing some growing pains graduating to B12. UCF losses to Baylor, Houston to TT, Cincy to fellow newcomer BYU.

ND gets a INT deep in Duke territory

ND inside the 15

WVU 35yd TD run…7-7 with TCU

That’s a win for Duke to hold them to a FGA after setting them up on the INT

Duke makes the FG 10-0

Ole Miss FG, 35-34 LSU

LSU 12yd TD run 42-34 on Ole Miss

Dart with a big scramble there for Ole Miss at the end of the 3rd

Judkins muscles it on a 11yd TD rush for Ole Miss

They don’t get the 2…42-40 LSU

10-6 Iowa

Ole Miss answer, 49-47 LSU

Who can get a stop first lol.

568yds for LSU 619yds for Ole Miss

Ole Miss near midfield with 3 timeouts.. little over a minute left down 2

Ole Miss in FG range…inside the 15

Ole Miss TD 53-49…going for 2…39 secs left

It’s good 55-49 Ole Miss

711 yds offense for Ole Miss
592yds for LSU

I'm simply amazed how sloppy both Iowa and MSU are, especially Iowa. Yet another turnover, it's basically a game of who turns over the ball more.
