Could be a good one Friday night, 2 physical teams in Utah and Oregon State. Utah undefeated without having Cam Rising all season is impressive and 3 P5 wins too.

Louisville been doing well so far in Brohm's first season, kind of flying under the radar.

Where you at?

Tulsa up 34-18 with 14:18 in 4th Q.

Are we the only matchup this week against an FCS opponent?
Only Power 5 school. Others are Utah Tech/Colorado St. and Abilene Christian/North Texas.
Here's the complete FBS/FCS schedule for the year which I posted in another thread.
Four FCS schools have won their match ups this year.

Southern Illinois 14 Northern Illinois 11
Fordham 40 Buffalo 37
Idaho 33 Nevada 6

Only Power 5 loss
Sacramento St. 30 Stanford 23

In the past 16 years 5 ranked FBS teams have lost to an FCS opponent.

2021 Montana 13 - #20 Washington 7
2016 North Dakota St. 23 - #13 Iowa 21
2013 Eastern Washington 49 - #25 Oregon St. 46
2010 James Madison 21 - #13 Virginia Tech 16
2007 Appalachian St. 34 - #5 Michigan 32

Sounds like Jacksonville St/Sam Houston Stare had a fun finish. Rich Rod doing well at JaxSt. KC Keeler having a tough transition to FBS.

NC St up 7-0 on Louisville 14 plays 65yds with a fake punt included

A couple of those last week too, something in the water lately lol

"Guys, that's only the first play of the game". Dr. Pepper on target again.

Another TO for Louisville, might lead to points before half

10-0 NC St

Bad throw by Armstrong and NC St throws an INT in the endzone after a deep pass took them near the redzone.

No Cam Rising for Utah again

Louisville TD…nice catch by the WR coming up with the ball while falling down. 10-7 NC St

Louisville gets a fumble off Armstrong, both qbs with multiple TOs in this game.

Or St up 7-0

Another TO by Plummer for Louisville…what’s the over/under on TOs by the qb lol… think that’s like 5 now between the 2 qbs

Louisville 13”-10

Looks like Louisville will clinch it after being down 10-0. 5-0 for Brohm…13-10 Louisville

Low scoring first half 7-0 Or St

A couple of good throws by DJU on the shorter field and 14-0 Or St

That lead may seem like a mountain for Utah’s offense. Only scored 14 last week against UCLA.

Utah switching qbs

I think that was a TD for Cincy. Nothing hit the ground before he crossed the goal line

7-7 BYU Cincy

Utah’s offense looking better with Barnes as QB.

I obviously jinxed them lol. Cause shortly they go backwards near the goal line and then he throws an INT

One more score of any kind will probably be enough for Or St with only a qtr left

21-0 Or St that should be all she wrote for Utah

Good call for the TD run

Colorado will be another celebrity zoo.

Matthew McConaughey, LeBron & Bronny James, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell, Jay Z, DJ Khaled and others. Colorado has no luxury boxes so they might be on sideline and in the way on Sat.

Clemson/Cuse, we’ll see if Cuse is for real or not.

Kansas/Texas…I hope Kansas can give them a game but I’m not optimistic on the road and Texas is really physical.

Duke/ND…maybe a push into the top 10 for Duke if they can win at home.

I think UK is a favorite (slight) over UF for the first time in awhile.

CGD trying to sunshine pump the ACC and Clemson is pathetic

Haven’t been able to watch much of the pre game shows this morning.

Clemson is a decent team but they make mistakes that cost them dearly. Multiple TOs inside the 10 or returned for TDs is too much to overcome if you’re playing good teams. They have no one really on offense except for Shipley. WRs aren’t playmakers and Klubnik has been eh and part of the TO problem.

letting the QB go to Oregon State was a blunder

He’s also somewhat TO prone as wells I think it might be somewhat improved at Or St but still not great. He had at least one maybe two TOs last night iirc.

He’s a big guy though and can move so that’s a plus for short yardage and other things. Someitmes comes up with a really great throw and others it’s like what are you thinking lol.

Sounds like he would fit in at Nebraska.
