muffed punt was bade but 4th and goal from the 31 would suggest you overcame the muffed punt. Washington State just tied Washington. They took 3pts off the board after Washington committed a penalty on the FG that resulted in an automatic 1st down. It was 4th and 13. You can't make this stuff up.
