OT: NCAA College Games Thread 12/2-12/3 Championship Weekend

They’ve looked better with Will Howard but if there’s an injury, it would’ve been nice to have him as backup.

Agree on Will Howard.
He's from Dowington, PA, same hometown as Tyler Kroft and Brandon Sanders, but different high schools. Another guy RU offered first in 2018!!! That McNulty was on fire with great offers. @NickRU714 does not give McNulty enough credit! 😂

We were not right on the first series for KSU!!! That WR should have hauled that in for a TD!!!!!!!!

KSU receiver who caught that TD false started on that 4th and 1 TD conversion. They got a little lucky there.

Find a way.

I don’t think that was targeting on TCU and it’s shoulder to shoulder and he was still bobbling the ball and could’ve caught it if not for the breakup.

Edit: good they reversed the call after review

Nice drive by KSU to take the leads 14-7

In a 12 team playoff, KSU would be playing for big stakes.

Oh man that looked like a wide open TD Duggan missed because of some pressure.

TCU stops the 4th down try but then wide open Johnston fumbles after the big gain on the next play. So many DBs down for KSU but they’re still finding a way.

Agreed, and did not see a false start either per above.
They replayed it in the game too and showed it was a false start even if the Twitter clip I posted isn’t the clearest. The analyst ref and Kirk and Chris said the same. It was very apparent.

Is that tuck rule in the air lol…I think he was winding up and coming forward but if not, it’s a safety.

Edit: reviewed and reversed to incomplete…the windup and the arm coming forward on the windup is enough to me even if he stopped and didn’t continue forward.

Nice drive again by KSU and nice formation by Klein. I tell you KSU looks much better with Howard and good job going up for it by the receiver.

21-10 KSU

TCU is going to have to pull another comeback rabbit out of its hat lol.

KSU top receiver goes out with an injury and another guy steps up and gets his first TD pass of the year. Find a way to compete.

Oh wow what a break for TCU… muffed punt after a 3 and out gives TCU the ball back.

KSU hasn't had a top 50 recruiting class since 2014.
I’ve posted the numbers before of them and others like them….find a way to compete. You can be respectable or better.

It’s TCU and KSU here not Texas and OU, last year Baylor and Ok St

Also KSU’s coach is an unheralded guy from a very successful NDSU. Like DeBoer at Washington or Leipold at Kansas or Elko at Duke. Good coaches can come from anywhere, it doesn’t have to be the hottest name out there of the moment.

Great game by two teams battling adversity. What a pleasure to watch regardless of the outcome. The only group not playing well are the officials.
Well they’ve gotten the other calls right after review. The false start on the 4th down TD they missed.

Can’t accuse them of a WVU Pitt 😂

And right now, that’s a difference maker. After watching so much crap from the SK, this game is a gem. Rock em sock em.

Oh my goodness, INT in the endzone. KSU DBs have been walking wounded and they’re getting it done. Some breakdowns but overall not bad.

Spudd Webb does it again. What a momentum shift. INT in the endzone turns into a TD for KSU

28-17 KSU

Last time TCU beat KSU, Howard went out with an injury after he replaced AM that went out with an injury very early. If Howard sdoesn’t get hurt again, not sure TCU can make the come back this time.
