Why didn't Mr. Analytics look at Peterson's worst game was against Phillies last year?

It's like you can feel the disappointment coming with him, but his numbers will be solid because of what you just said.
I hope he's "lucky" tonight and all of the home runs he gives up stay in the park.
Conforto K's again with men on base, he's impatient because in a big spot it seems like he's always 0-2 or 0-1 and this is a better with a very good eye.

Maybe the Mets knew something we all didn't. Conforto isn't worth Springer-type money.
BVW gave the Mets a parting gift of allowing Betances to exercise a player option to return. Betances knows his career is over, but he would be a fool to walk away and leave money on the table.
Dumb f*cks (Sandy & Rojas) should have gone straight to Lucchesi right after Peterson. Maybe the game would still be in reach. Lucchesi was going to miss his turn in the rotation, so why not give him some work.
Problems with the twin idiots:
The 3rd game of the season and three different lineups.
Overthinking moves with the pitching staff.
Btw, Philly announcers have questioned some of the Mets' moves, such as Dom not starting game 1 of the series. The announcers could not believe the Mets would remove deGrom from the game after 77 pitcher/6 innings while dominating.

McNeil has hit the ball well, just some tough luck. Conforto is the one truly struggling.
I'm sure this has been talked to death, but all of you probably noticed that Rojas pulled Stroman yesterday after 6 innings of three hit ball. It's not as bad as with DeGrom, because Stroman had thrown 85 pitches. But it seems clear that Rojas is not going to let his starters pitch far into games. Of course, it would work better if the Mets' bullpen pitchers were better. If I were a Mets fan, I 'd be really scared of what the bullpen looks likes so far.
Because I've been reading comments from different Mets groups ripping Rojas. There's a group called true Mets fans that don't like Rojas and some of them are part of the 7th line army.
