A Texas Tech player, with two of his teammates, indicted on a second-degree felony count of burglary of a Lubbock habitation, gets a scholarship offer to rejoin the program after a short stint at a JUCO. Being the leading tackler at the JUCO was enough for forgiveness.

It's funny how a school's willingness to give a kid a second chance has a direct correlation to how well he can play. This isn't just a Texas Tech thing but applies to all colleges.
