OT: Working virtual, where to live on the East Coast

I'd guess West Virginia might be added to the mix.. it is basically "Virginia/Maryland/PA" kind of distance.

Virtual worker taxing issues may have to be visited by politicians.
 
Your first sentence got me confused. I think you mean “in the article” as I believe it’s more news than opinion.
It's in the Review & Outlook section, which is what the Wall Street Journal calls its opinion pages. In fact, the tab over the piece says it's opinion. The piece is by the Editorial Board, and so it is an editorial.
