Damn. Lee was simply strong enough to fend off Suiano's shots, that normally work with lesser wrestlers. Plus he is as quick as Suriano during the scrambles.

Back to the drawing board. Not that big a difference.

Nick will look at this as another obstacle and come out stronger next year.
The late 1st period take down was the killer. Changed the whole match.

Suriano actually went after the guy hard. Lee was just too strong. And let's not forget, Suriano wasn't taken down all tournament until the final. That was one strong kid. Congratulations to NS!

Let's not go down the path of making excuses. Lee is very very good and might be great by the time he is done. All his points were scored off of scrambles, that is where Nick is usually very good. I don't think Lee took more than 1or 2 shots the whole match but has great hips in those scrambles and won the match. Also awesome on top.
