Surprised no one has mentioned Bill Parcells. He could be a nice added wild card. Bring real and selecting people who are living snd could add greatly then NJ native Parcells would be #1. Gruden and Belechik and perhaps an outstanding high school coach like Warren Wolf (who is still alive) or even a top NFL player. Heck with dome if yhr contacts we hsve you might even be able to get Joe Namath. After all his main man Sonny Werblin was a Rutgers alumnus.
