Guards routinely missing foul line jumpers, no one can make a layup. We pass up open look 3’s - wtf kind of offense is Pike coaching?
Pike would do very well with their roster too. They are way more athletic and much bigger. The Rutgers roster desperately needs an upgrade. Thankfully players are on the way. Not sure how any fans thought this team was better than last year.
The problem is that he’s a B1G bench player at best…a trait he shares with all of our guards.
TO Rutgers? Didn't we just start doing good? Is this to quell any excitement or getting into a groove?
They are a "B1G" team would have a very good shot at taking our conference title IMHO.
Bricking shot after shot is one thing, that’s just what happens when a fairly bad offensive team also has a bad game. The defensive effort at times in the 2nd half has been pretty disappointing.

I posted a few days ago that we really needed ogbole.
Someone said that having another big guy “wouldn’t move the needle”
Couldn’t disagree more and this game is proving it.
Assuming that ogbole is atleast decent - can anyone watching this game not recognize how we desperately need another big body to take up paint space, get some rebounds, give up 5 fouls?!

We are clearly not a tournament team. Crapped the bed against every team with a pulse — SHU is decent but shot terribly against us — and can’t rebound to save our lives.

It was always "Cliff likely to the G League to earn his way to an NBA roster".
Cliff is the biggest problem, IMO. 3 points in a game like this doesn't cut it. He has no offensive games and draws fouls like candy.
