So, How scary is the 21 day Corona Positive sit out time for School's like Rutgers & Maryland?

Squads with limited depth at Skill positions and line? That's a crazy over the top sit out time even if you test negative in say day 12 you STILL cant return until 21 days.Thats three games! its also over the CDC guidelines.
Could be scary.
