Our guy Ryan Lance has the latest on Montclair NJ LB Willie Matthews who has been laying low but received a Rutgers offer in November. Matthews had an eye popping 186 total tackles last year with 38.5 going for loss. If he was bigger he'd be a much bigger recruit.
