I’m not at all. I said that a win over NJIT would have hurt their RPI.
If Rutgers loses to OSU, the BIG will be hard-pressed to get three bids (assuming Maryland or Hopkins win the BIG tourney.

Genuinely curious. Who are you a fan of?If Rutgers loses to OSU, the BIG will be hard-pressed to get three bids (assuming Maryland or Hopkins win the BIG tourney.
This is true. If PSU were to beat Hopkins and lose a close one to UMD they might have a shot but would need certain things to break their way.If Rutgers loses to OSU, the BIG will be hard-pressed to get three bids (assuming Maryland or Hopkins win the BIG tourney.
[/QUOTE]RPI is a crappy measure to rely heavily upon but the fact is...the tourney committee uses it.
Rutgers lost at home to Hopkins and that may keep them out. That doesn’t make me an ACC or Ivy fan.
Once again you post about RU being out. Listen, it’s very simple, RU wins tomorrow and they are in. PERIOD. Doesn’t matter what the crappy conferences do.

Funny. Given the possibilities for the tournament, the 2 conferences with the highest possibility of getting screwed are the B1G and the Ivy League.
